All prices include GST, LINZ registration fees and our office expenses. Our price does not include any specialist reports, LIM Reports or fees charged by third parties such as body corporates when a unit is sold.

*These prices are for straightforward scenarios of each service. If we anticipate that your requirements may deviate from the norm, we will tell you at the outset and provide you with an estimate before starting. For all fixed fee work, payment is due 50% before we start work and 50% when we finish the work.
